We Are Happy To Meet You.

When you walk through our doors, life gets a little more simple.

Your Initial Exam

Upon entering our office, our staff will welcome you as a member of our family. If you didn’t get the chance to fill out your New Patient Forms prior to your appointment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to do so. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Consultation & Exam

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Reeves to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Reeves to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals. During this time, you can ask any questions or address any concerns you may have. If he believes you are a good candidate for care, he will proceed with the examination. After your consultation, Dr. Reeves will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes, strength, and ability to move. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and functional tests will be performed. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

X-Rays

X-ray Studies:

After your physical examination is complete, Dr. Reeves will take X-rays of your spine. These studies help us develop the most effective and appropriate treatment plan for you and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. At the conclusion of this initial appointment, Dr. Reeves will take time to thoroughly evaluate his studies in your case and determine if chiropractic treatment is appropriate for your condition. He will ask that you schedule your next appointment as soon as possible to discuss his findings and begin treatment.

Cost

Cost of care is always one of the first things to cross our patient's minds when scheduling an appointment in our office. Rest assured, we do our best to ensure everyone is able to afford the care they need to improve their spinal health.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Cost of treatment is dependent on plan of care. To get a better idea of your benefits and financial responsibilities, give our office a call at (513)718-0058.
